• What about the issue with the pipe in the locker room?

• Possibly discuss removing 3H bronco from parking lot

• Need to acquire list of assessment roll
• Look into how expenses are managed
• Legal by-laws about the association
• Look into cost cutting (possibly replacing bulbs with fluorescent. Look into wattage and calculate cost)
